    In "Because You Left", we see that Ethan is at the scene of the crash, and shoots Locke in the leg. It's extremely likely that Ethan also shot the Nigerian drug smuggler when he came out of the plane.

    How come Locke could envisage the Nigerian plane going down ?

    While starting to film the orientation film for the Arrow station in "Because You Left", Marvin Candle informs us that the purpose of the Arrow station was for "developing defensive strategies against the Hostiles."
