    As we found out in Eggtown, the "He" is Aaron.

    Thanks to GregDean for the text.

    As we found out in Through the Looking Glass. The radio tower is on the other side of the "Pascal Flats", and its broadcast inadvertently jammed signals like those from Naomi's satellite phone (in conjunction with the Looking Glass which also jammed signals).
