The others appeared to have a note with the names of the Tail-end survivors from 'The Other 48 Days'.How did they get list and by implication know that the plane was going to crash?
How did so many survive the plane crash?

As we saw in A Tale of Two Cities the plan broke apart around 1,000 ft as opposed to what we had assumed to be 30,000 ft.

In White Rabbit, Jack comes across a shipment of dolls (immediately before finding his father's coffin) that was evidently aboard Flight 815.
How did Bernard get to be in the back of the plane?

Bernard was on his way back from the bathroom when the turbulance hit and strapped into a seat or the turbulance hit and he quickly left the bathroom and strapped in. Either scenario seems plausible to me and would put him in the back of the plane.
Why is Kate's toy plane in that safety deposit box #815?
